Justin lost 46 pounds in 11 months. His first child was born in the middle of it.
"You can get out of it exactly what you put into it. If you are willing to stick to the program and do the work, you WILL see results."
- Justin M.
THE STORY
He was not lazy. He was guessing.
Justin had spent three years trying to lose weight and getting nowhere. He cut gluten. He cut beer. He cut eggs on a chiropractor's advice. He built a garage gym and trained in it consistently. Nothing moved. In his own words when he applied: "I'm not sure if there is something chemically imbalanced or if I just haven't cracked code of the right diet / nutrition." He was training hard and, as he put it, "running blindfolded."
He started with a baby on the way.
His wife was pregnant with their first child when he enrolled. His son was born in October, roughly halfway through the program. Most of that 46 pounds came off on broken sleep, with a newborn at home and a demanding finance schedule. Asked what success would look like, he wrote: "I'd be proud of the way I steward my health and the example I'm setting for my newborn son."
The photos are not the whole result.
Multiple family members had been diagnosed with cognitive decline and degenerative brain disease. That turned a vague concern into a decision. So we measured what actually predicts long term health, not just what shows up in a mirror.
THE BLOOD WORK
| Marker | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| HDL cholesterol | 44 | 65 |
| Triglycerides | 113 | 75 |
| Triglyceride to HDL ratio | 2.6 | 1.2 |
| Vitamin D | 30 | 64 |
| Total cholesterol to HDL ratio | 5.1 | 3.9 |
Fasting blood work at intake and at completion.
He did this with a newborn, a busy career, and a body that had not responded to anything in three years. The variable that changed was the plan.
